How to Clean Your Jar
Freeze the jar for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Make sure your jar is completely cooled first!
Take the jar out of the freezer and use a butter knife to gently pry or tap the hardened wax. It should pop right out!
Wipe away any remaining greasy residue with a paper towel. Wash with warm, soapy water and let dry completely.
Jar Return Guidelines
Must be one of our original 12 oz jars.
Jar must be clean and unbroken.
